We are looking for a **Contents Handling & Cleaning Technician** to join our restoration team

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- be responsible to organize, inventory and manage the chain of custody for customer contents and belongings
- organize on-site and off-site storage solutions for content and equipment
- communicate with crew members, project managers and customers to ensure goals are met
- arrange for and/or complete cleaning and laundering of items and other household contents
- provide general cleaning at job sites and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

- Experience and ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet timelines
- Accuracy and detail-oriented a must
- Ability to follow company safety policies, practices and procedures in order to complete job tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, within the team environment and with customers
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Ability to lift and maneuver materials and equipment (5-40 lbs unassisted, and 41lbs + assisted) in a variety of settings, i.e. interior, exterior, etc.
- Working at Heights Certificate - preferred
- Valid G Driver’s License and Clean Abstract - mandatory
