**Job Title**: Server Analyst - Intermidate
**Location**: Remote within Canada (on-site presence required for strategic meetings, training sessions, and project milestones)
**Contract Duration**: Up to 12 months with potential extension

**Job Overview**:
**Scope**:
The Data Center Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the operational management and coordination of technology-related services within core Data Centers, correctional facilities, and remote sites. This role ensures the efficient and secure operation of IT infrastructures, manages a team providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization services, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee technology services related to Data Centers, correctional facilities, and remote sites.
- Implement and coordinate all IT facility services, including WiFi management, equipment changes, and network optimization.
- Maintain and manage rack, power, cooling systems, and network closet infrastructures to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement disaster preparedness and regulatory compliance plans.
- Lead and supervise teams in asset management, procurement, and documentation processes.
- Provide consultation and troubleshooting support to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure seamless service and updates on operational status.
- Proven experience in managing IT facility services, data centers, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of network optimization, power management, environmental control, and rack systems.
- Ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Understanding of disaster preparedness, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in IT management, infrastructure, or related fields are an asset.

**Equipment Requirements**:

- Laptop will be provided.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36.25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
