Come roll with us as a **Food Service Team Member (Sushi Chef) **and play a key role in “Creating better food for everyone, the Japanese way”, at our **Kitchener** location:

- ** Conestoga College**: 299 Doon Valley Dr, Kitchener, ON N2G 4M4 (Doon Valley Dr and Conestoga College Blvd) | Operating hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and measure ingredients
- Preparation of sushi and other dishes (salads, rice bowls and sushi)
- Answer customers’ questions and offer recommendations
- Keep the workstation clean and tidy in accordance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to lift a load of 15 kg (33 lb)
- Must be able to stand for an extended period
- Be able to work in a team with good communication skills
