The **Administrative Assistant/Tax Support**member helps to manage the day-to-day office operations, organization and performance of an H&R Block tax office. This staff member will serve as part of the larger team which is responsible for office growth, development and is generally responsible for ensuring that we meet and exceed our client's expectations. This staff member will also work hand in hand with the office manager to support them in their role and tasks.

The **Administrative Assistant/Tax Support** duties include:

- Provides outstanding client service
- Assists in office operations, human resource functions and local marketing
- Implements company policies and ensures compliance
- Knowledgeable resource on tax products
- Assists the office manager to achieve client retention and revenue goals

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in person.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with a Windows based computer system preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time(with potential for full time), Temporary

**Salary**: $17.75 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $17.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
