**Tasks**:

- Taking customer information and filling work orders
- Work in collaboration with the sales team and production team

- Technical knowledge is an asset (a training program is offered to you as soon as you are hired)

**Vos principales tâches seront**:

- Prise des commandes des clients et remplir les bons de travails
- Fournir un soutien aux demandes du client par courriel ou par téléphone
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de vente et l’équipe de production

**Compétences recherchées**:

- Faire preuve de minutie et souci du détail
- Personne curieuse qui veut apprendre et s’améliorer
- Capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches et gérer efficacement son temps
- Sens aigu du service à la clientèle
- Connaissance technique est un atout (un programme de formation vous est offert dès l’embauche)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
