**Position Overview**
- Provide leadership to your direct reports, helping to clear issues as the first line of resolution
- Provide mentorship to your direct reports, regarding the Deighton product suite as well as project deliverables
- Leverage your asset management knowledge and information technology knowhow to support and guide end-users (clients) through the Deighton software implementation process
- Establish a plan of actions for the Deighton software implementation process for end-users including software configuration and start-up
- Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope
- Work closely with the Engineering team / SMEs to assist or write solution design documents for implementation
- Work closely with Deighton developers to understand current and future Deighton software capabilities, limitations, costs and benefits to current and future end-users
- Provide training / demo / requirement gathering sessions on Deighton product to end users (clients)
- Identify prospective sales opportunities with clients while implementing Deighton software (e.g. software add-ons);
- Support the Marketing/Business Development department with client proposals, RFP, Webinars as required
- Effectively communicate business and technical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Successfully multi-task as you support all business requirements within various contracts
- Monitor progress and compile reports on project status and work closely with the PMO team

**Required**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting industry (preferably in a software development industry in an implementation role)
- Undergraduate degree or above in Civil Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Experience in software training/demonstrations
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Familiar with SQL (ETL)
- Experience in Python/R/Matlab/Statistic analytical tools
- Experience with waterfall and agile project delivery methodology
- Experience in a project management role
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel, as onsite customer visits within Canada and the USA may be possible.
