**PRODUCTION MANAGER, 2D & 3D**

The Production Manager is responsible for managing multiple project budgets, timelines, and deliverables related to 2D print as well as retail fixture and display production. They have a good understanding of print and mechanical engineering. They can identify and source the appropriate fabrication or print techniques and materials for any given project.

Our project managers work in a collaborative role with cross functional teams such as account managers, engineers, and execution teams. They manage internal and external supplier resources and ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. The team Production Managers must be highly organized planners, excellent communicators, negotiators and team players.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute projects within specified timelines, according to budget requirements and quality standards
- Drive projects through planning, development, engineering, and production phases of the project lifecycle
- Gather project requirements and manage all production aspects on behalf of the team, working with vendors on delivery timetables and maintaining on updated status of assigned projects
- Brief design/engineering teams and verify mechanical drawing details
- Ensure the quality of technical documentation, design and mechanical drawings, and bill of materials is accurate and complete
- Identify appropriate production methods and qualified vendors and execute production efficiently in accordance with the procedures described in business processes
- Establish and communicate budgets and project schedules for each project to internal team
- Set up and maintain all project specifications and relevant data into internal procurement system and maintain key data points, including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Track and report project status on a regular basis
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery within budget
- Identify and mitigate project risks and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions
- Provide solution-oriented communication to suppliers and internal team in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all team members and supplier contacts
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of client’s business, brand language and culture and engage in a consultative partnership with the client to improve achievement of marketing goals on assigned projects.
- Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Escalate production issues immediately to management.
- Ensure goal tracking and achievement of SLAs and KPIs is consistent with client standards and contractual requirements and internal KPIs related to operational efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of experience in print and/or retail fixture fabrication or related industry
- Education in Business Management, Architecture, or Manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client’s needs
- Ability to act under pressure to develop critical paths for projects
- Must understand materials and manufacturing processes
- Ability to learn and communicate product information of technical nature as well as commercial nature to customers, sales force, and other contacts
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
