**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Ramco Data Entry Specialist will report to the Fleet Manager, their responsibilities are as follows:

- Verify historical aircraft / component records for compliance of Service Bulletins, Service Letters, Airworthiness Directives, STCs and record results in RAMCO tracking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
- Knowledge of Type Certified aircraft record keeping and recording.
- Strong knowledge of Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Service Letters, STC’s.
- Ability to determine applicability of modifications by searching within historical aircraft records both electronically and on paper.
- Familiar with Bombardier service information and maintenance practices an asset.
- Familiar with Honeywell/Garrett service information and maintenance practices an asset.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including physical and electronic files, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Archiving: Organize, categorize, and store records and documents to ensure efficient retrieval and long-term preservation.
- Data Entry: Input and update information in the RAMCO database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- File Management: Create and maintain a systematic filing system for easy access and retrieval of records.

**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**:
As deemed by the Fleet Manager or his supervisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in records management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.(aviation background is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with records management principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry, document management, and recordkeeping (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Knowledge of RAMCO standards and guidelines is a plus.

**Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR**:
Position requires the ability to obtain a positive security assessment with Controlled Goods Program
