Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients

**Experience**:

- RIBO License requires
- Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or similar role in the insurance industry
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance products, including but not limited to life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance
- Familiarity with market trends and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficient in using insurance software systems for quotes, policy management, and claims

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year
