Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance needs by providing expert advice and tailored solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze various insurance products to meet the specific requirements of clients. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
  • Analyze client information and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and claims processes.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial consultation to claims support.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance or retail sales industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and evaluate insurance options.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interactions.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales processes and telemarketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to market insurance products effectively to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and administrative tasks.
