As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
  • Analyze client information and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and claims processes.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial consultation to claims support.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance or retail sales industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and evaluate insurance options.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear client interactions.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales processes and telemarketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to market insurance products effectively to potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts and administrative tasks.
