Sales & Customer Experience Representative

Medisca, on behalf of its affiliate LP3 Network and Medisca’s Compounding Services is currently looking for a Sales and Customer Experience Representative. The Sales and Customer Experience Representative will work directly with customers to recommend products and services that best fit their needs. It is a hybrid function providing customer service while determining and acting on business opportunities. This individual will be part of a dynamic Sales team and will support the team by driving sales offerings, administrative and reporting tasks and closing sales.

**The opportunity**:
Inside Sales:
- Stay up to date on all products and services offered and provide recommendations to customers
- Assist customers with inquiries with account set ups to upgrades and find the best products/services for their needs
- Attain monthly sales targets for own territory, expanding international markets and Puerto Rico and help drive sales for the team to reach their targets
- Increase productivity through monthly planning of account targets, cold calls, current leads, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Track and report new versus renewal/repeat business
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams from emerging markets as well as Puerto Rico to further grow the territories and attain additional sales
Customer Experience:
- Provide support to clients with inquiries on offerings from both LP3 Network and Compounding Services
- Support sales team by following up with clients for post-sales support, walkthroughs and setup.
- Correspond with various departments regarding client queries to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Contact registered guests to training programs for confirmation and provide support with any inquiries and account troubleshooting
- Route calls to appropriate resource
Administrative Tasks:
- Send all automated communications post sales to the appropriate Network sales rep.
- Verify that all service and educational sales and post-sales tasks were completed appropriately by reviewing all relevant systems.
- Create sales orders and process sales transactions for any new purchase and corporate accounts
- Maintain detailed notes in appropriate systems
- Complete special projects as requested by management
**Skills, knowledge & abilities**:
- Minimum Cegep/College degree. Science background is an asset
- Minimum two (2) years experience in a customer service/call center and/or sales support role
- Excellent communication and time management skills, detail-oriented and proven abilities to network
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Communication in English and French (oral and written). This position requires communication with customers based across Canada, United States and overseas, Spanish an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), WhatsApp and other forms of communications through social media an asset
