You'll be responsible for developing and implementing high speed interface roadmap andbuild product solutions and go-to-market plans to drive market growth, design wins, and revenue within your designated segment. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and marketing expertise to effectively navigate complex market landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Formulate long-term market expansion strategies and annual business plans for smart analog interfaces' products in target markets (e.g., mobile, industrial, automotive, IoT, etc)
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify high-potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate market demands into product features and promotion strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customer key stakeholders, drive project implementation, and achieve business growth
- Monitor market business data to track key indicators such as sales data, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Regularly analyze business performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and propose optimization suggestions (e.g., pricing strategies, regional market adjustments)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated circuits, semiconductors, or embedded systems, with at least 5 years in high speed interface IC market development or business cooperation
