As a Segment Marketing Manager at NXP Semiconductors, you will be a key driver in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our Smart Analog Interfaces Product Line. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing high speed interface roadmap andbuild product solutions and go-to-market plans to drive market growth, design wins, and revenue within your designated segment. This role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and marketing expertise to effectively navigate complex market landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Formulate long-term market expansion strategies and annual business plans for smart analog interfaces' products in target markets (e.g., mobile, industrial, automotive, IoT, etc)
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify high-potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to translate market demands into product features and promotion strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customer key stakeholders, drive project implementation, and achieve business growth
- Monitor market business data to track key indicators such as sales data, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Regularly analyze business performance, identify potential risks and opportunities, and propose optimization suggestions (e.g., pricing strategies, regional market adjustments)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated circuits, semiconductors, or embedded systems, with at least 5 years in high speed interface IC market development or business cooperation
