Our top government client is looking for an **Adoption & Change Management Practitioner** to join their team for a **12-month part-time (10hr/weeks) remote contract.** You would be accountable to create and implement a change management plan for its Digital Roadmap.

**Top Skills**:

- 5 - 7 yrs. experience as Intermediate Level Adoption & Change Management Practitioner
- Strong knowledge of adoption & change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, including strong stakeholder engagement skills, and group facilitation
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Change management certification or designation
- Bilingual in English & French (asset)
- Experience in the following areas:
IT-enabled business deployments
Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement and readiness strategies
Training development and knowledge transfer

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the adoption & change management activities
- Ensure change strategies and plans are aligned to the business objectives
- Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with Roadmap objectives and outcomes
- Work in collaboration with Change Management practitioners as appropriate
- Integrate adoption & change management activities into project plans
- Develop all adoption & change management project materials as it relates to the Roadmap
- Design and facilitate workshops
- Experience supporting training development and deployment efforts
- Identify issues and risks and escalate to the Project Manager to ensure successful adoption & change process
- Build reliable and trusted relationships with Project Team members to support integrated processes and deliverable
