AI Adoption Lead

AI Adoption Lead (2-year term) LeverageTek is actively seeking an AI Adoption Lead for its Ottawa-based customer. Key Tasks Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption and awareness across the organization. Plan and deliver AI training sessions, demos, and learning initiatives for end‑users. Support middle‑tier users to adopt and leverage AI tools effectively. Write engaging posts and guides on the intranet to educate employees on AI capabilities and applications. Monitor AI adoption metrics and report usage trends and engagement to leadership. Facilitate collaboration between business units, power users, and IT teams to ensure successful AI integration. Manage the rollout of new AI features and coordinate awareness campaigns. Key Qualifications Proven experience driving adoption of AI tools in a business environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to run demos and deliver presentations to diverse audiences. Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Co‑pilot or similar AI productivity tools. Qualifications Change Management certification or formal training in adoption/change initiatives. Familiarity with AI agents, OCR tools, or AI‑based enterprise software. Experience managing AI licenses, rollout programs, or large‑scale software adoption. Background in leading training, awareness campaigns, or end‑user enablement programs. Experience collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams, including IT, data, and business stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem or enterprise software integrations.
