Outbound Sales Representative

**About Us**: Fuel It Refuelling is a rapidly growing, innovative company specializing in mobile fuelling services across Canada. We deliver fuel directly to client vehicles and equipment, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency for businesses.
**Position Summary**: We are seeking motivated and driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll proactively reach out to potential customers, present our value proposition, and secure appointments or sales contracts to support our continued growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across various industries.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and competitive advantages of mobile fueling.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for growth, new market segments, and strategic partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, business development, or related fields.
- Experience within the fuel distribution, construction, logistics, or transportation sectors is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce our CRM platform is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
