**Job Title: Functional Consultant-Maximo**
**Location: Calgary, AB(Onsite)**
**Term: Full Time**
- 10+ years of experience to Work with business on requirement gathering and scope. Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business.
- Provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Liaise between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture.
- Work with BA, PM, and QA teams to review test strategies and requirements traceability. Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process (requirements traceability matrix). Review and analyze user acceptance testing results.
- Utilize understanding of industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication abilities for interaction with clients.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2J 6P6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maximo: 5 years (required)
