**Job Description **Registration Clerk (RPT)

The City of Port Moody is seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual for the position of Registration Clerk. The position is responsible for program registration and patron admissions to the recreation complex. Duties will also include cash handling, answering public enquiries, assisting with a variety of customer service needs and monitoring public conduct.

**There is one regular, part-time position with a minimum of 20 hours per week. (Schedule changes / reduces in summer but minimum hours will be met.)**

**Schedule to start will be**:

- **Sunday 1:15 pm - 8:45 pm**:

- **Monday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm**:

- **Tuesday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm**

**Basic **Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 education plus a minimum of six months' related experience providing front-line customer service, preferably in a recreation setting
- Cash handling experience
- Computer experience (keyboarding/data entry)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a recreation setting; familiarity with the Class or Perfect Mind registration system would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
