**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Hand Spray parts
- Add Solvents, mix paint hardeners as per ratio and other additives
- Start paint equipment ( Water walls, oven )
- Perform pre-start checks and action items
- Operate Spray paint gun.
- Operate and perform minor maintenance in Paint Spray Equipment
- Load and unload paint
- Receive and store paint
- Store paint waste materials
- Verify first off, last off
- Prepare Kanban for daily service paint schedule, verify Paint and Injection WIP
- Prepare paint fixtures for production, clean and maintain in good order
- Ensure that all parts are delivered to the paint system on time to support production
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of job duties
- Maintain good 5S in work area
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Must be physically capable of performing the required duties
- Must have an excellent attendance record
- Must be able to prioritize work and juggle multiple assignments
- Must be able to work overtime when required
- Must have strong performance in current role
- Education level will be considered
