Pricing Analyst is responsible for compiling data from various systems, performing variance analysis on costs and pricing, and preparing specialized reports to support the sales function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit prices entered on orders ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Prepare order variance report.
- Compile data and prepare profitability reports by customer by product.
- Prepare future price lists.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Perform costs comparisons and analysis
- Complete customers’ questionnaires relating RFI and third party database.
- Prepare performance tracker / scorecards for customers.
- Update costing system with price information
- Complete ad-hoc reports as required

**Qualifications**:

- Must have Bachelor degree in Business or Commerce.
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision in a high volume fast paced environment.
