CUTTINGS EDGE ENERGY is a fluid recovery and cuttings management company providing equipment and services to drilling rigs in Western Canada. We are currently hiring a Full Time, Field Service Support.

**Qualifications**:This position reports directly to the field supervisors and provides support and relief to all field operations
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Valid driver's license & insurance, valid 1st Aid and H2S tickets
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Must be able to pass company required medical testing (physical and drug testing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with SiteDocs an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
- Assist supervisor with field staff workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems
- Pass on information from supervisor to employees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Hire and train new employees
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
