**Position Overview**:
We're excited to offer a Field Service Technician role at our Leduc branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in deploying, maintaining, and repairing mobile video surveillance towers. Playing a crucial role in our expansion efforts, you'll operate under diverse conditions across the Leduc area and nearby regions, contributing significantly to the success of our client experience. The Field Service Technician role involves outdoor work in various settings, including active construction sites, industrial environments, and retail spaces and more. **Key Responsibilities**
- You align with Zedcor values of innovation, being a pioneer and being honest
- Inspect and repair towers before departing to the site.
- Manage all on site installations, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Determine and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on site.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Deliver and pickup towers when needed.
- Produce timely and detailed service and equipment reports.
- Adhere to safety daily requirements from Zedcor and customer sites.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Build position relationships with customers.
- Perform other duties as requested.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, generators, and electrical systems is a must.
- 3-5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance and repairs equipment.
- Proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, driven, and motivated to work independently with little oversight.
- Experience working in a fast-paced competitive environment that is results-driven.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with 3-years abstract.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- High sense of urgency and customer service driven.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
