Client Relationship Project Manager

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and service-oriented partner who anticipates client needs and delivers exceptional value.
- **Negotiation**: Prepare, negotiate, and present offers and supply agreements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Use data-driven insights to ensure solutions are tailored to client objectives.
- **Collaboration + Communication Across Teams**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams— including supply chain, finance, and quality control— to communicate client needs, monitor customer activities, and ensure timely project execution. Maintain clear communication and resolve any obstacles that may arise during project execution.
- **Strategic Growth & Account Development**: Partner with leadership to devise growth strategies and track progress towards achieving business objectives. Actively contribute to the company’s strategic direction while fostering long-term client relationships.
- **Client & Industry Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners within the agri-food sector to ensure the company remains a key player in the market.
- **Problem Resolution**: Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client issues. Ensure that client concerns are resolved promptly and effectively, while maintaining a strong focus on protecting company interests.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Report on sales activities, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights that will improve performance. Develop strategic recommendations based on analysis to enhance client relationships and expand business opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, or related roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or a similar industry.
- **Industry Expertise**: At least 2 years of experience within the CPG or agri-food sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and diverse teams to achieve common objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- **Project Management**: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in project planning, problem-solving, and strategic execution to meet deadlines and achieve business goals.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems or project management tools.
- **Attitude**: Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving and delivering results. Strong focus on continuous improvement and client success.
**Preferred Skills**
- Strong understanding of the supply chain process and client needs
- Superior communication and presentation skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to think strategically and drive business results
