**Job Opportunity: Machine Operator**
**Location**: Tycho Poly Inc., Woodbridge, ON
**Shift**: Continental (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate blown film extrusion machines and downstream auxiliary equipment.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain extrusion lines to ensure optimal performance.
- Support production needs including changeovers, packaging, and outbound shipments.
- Train Line Associates on machine operations and best practices.
- Minimize downtime and material scrap, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Perform minor maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Complete daily production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Assist with changeovers, quality checks, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics or extrusion preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and computer literacy (experience with ERP systems like Cyframe is an asset).
- Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay

- French not required
Work Location: In person
