City Wide is looking for a Tow Truck Operator for our Heavy division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Working in accordance with City Wide Towing policies and procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service & client experiences

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Class 1 Driver's license
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Must have solid towing experience
- Mechanically inclined comprehensive working knowledge/understanding of heavy trucks and trailers, including air systems
- Common sense approach to problem solving, analytical skills, truck Driver training and experience.
- Transferable skills such as Winch tractor, picker truck, crane truck or other specialized trucking.
- Must have mountain experience, snow and night driving experience
- Handle some repairs and maintenance
- Very good customer service skills
- On 24 hour call out every 2 weeks

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Physically demanding position
- Significant standing, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 100 lbs

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Class 1 License (required)
