**Assistant Property Manager**

Dynasty Properties is a locally owned property management company specializing in residential leasing in Northern Alberta.

Currently seeking a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for our properties in Lac La Biche & Athabasca, Alberta.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring units are cleaned & turned over for new rentals.
- Becoming creative in their advertising to earn new business
- Using social media tools such as Facebook and Kijiji for marketing of properties
- Collecting rent, making deposits, handling invoicing & Tenant related concerns,

complaints and dealing with after Hour emergencies.

- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Refer all inquiries to the appropriate individuals within the company.
- Managing Maintenance & Cleaning staff.
- Working closely with Property Manager
