**Skill - SAP PPM, SAP S/4 HANA, ABAP CDS views, DATA, REST/JSON, XML (including debugging), FIORI, EAM module., (SAP HANA Cloud capacity unit (CU)), Enterprise project portfolio management**, **or EPPM, SAP UI5, HTML5, Webservices, SOAP, JavaScript & Web frameworks.**

**Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all development activities.
- Oversee a team of other development leads. Ensure teams have the right resources.
- Attend Agile project meetings and provide updates.
- Work closely with PMO, client, and project leadership to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor progress of all development streams and ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards and processes. Provide guidance.
- Assist teams with conflict resolution.
- Participate in design workshops with customers as needed.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum **8-10 years **of **CORE ABAP Experience with S/4HANA environments in medium to large scale.**:

- BSc/B. Tech or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- **Previous development experience working with SAP PPM in either an S/4 HANA or SAP ECC environment (minimum 1 full lifecycle project, prefer 2 or more full lifecycle projects working with SAP PPM)**:

- **Strong functional understanding of SAP PPM, as used in an asset intensive industry such as transport and rail**:

- **Strong understanding of common SAP PPM technical architecture and integrations to other SAP modules such as Project Systems**:

- **Past experience (1 or more full lifecycle projects) leading offshore development teams in the creation, testing and deployment of PPM RICEF/W items, including enhancements to forms, workflows, as well as integrations from PPM to other solutions**:

- **Good knowledge of business processes in more than one of the following S/4 HANA modules: EAM.**:

- **2 -5 years of experience managing teams.**:

- **Experience managing large and complex development projects spanning multiple parallel workstreams.**:

- **Experience managing technical deliverables in an Agile environment.**:

- **Experience working with functional consultants on functional and technical requirements.**:

- **Should have experience in the EAM module.**:

- **Familiar with SAP’s Clean Core concept.**:

- **Experience in RAP (RESTful ABAP Application Programming model).**:

- **Provide technical guidance to product owners, Scrum master, functional teams, testing teams, compliance, and other development team members across different sectors /platforms.**:

- **Detailed experience in ABAP CDS views, oDATA, REST/JSON, XML (including debugging)**:

- Technical knowledge of SAP on-premise/on-cloud environments **(SAP S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA and BTP etc.,)** and general system operation functions
- **Should have 1-3 years of exp in FIORI.**:

- Provide documented technical design proposals, estimates, specifications, and maintenance guides.
- Responsible for the completion of all technical deliverables.
- Accountable for the overall technical status.
- Ensure all quality compliance during each stage of object development and delivery
- Approves and Coordinates all access request for development system
- Prepare object delivery/resource plan and deliver accordingly within timelines
- Collaborate with External Vendor Consultants from Onsite/Offshore locations.
- **Be part of the supply chain core development team,** constantly expanding and improving the current product being develop.
- Be aware of the direction technology is going and be proactive in implementing the vital changes to ensure that the company is moving in line with that
- Collaborate with our team on the product’s lifecycle
- Create clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in product improvements and testing for new releases.
- **Hands-on development experience of RICEF objects in both ABAP on HANA with good exposure to the different types and complexities of developments using classic and newer technologies.**:

- Experience **with S/4 HANA Extensibility Framework/Techniques**:

- Solid understanding of web development technologies like **SAP UI5, HTML5, Webservices, SOAP, JavaScript & Web frameworks.**:

- Strong hands-on knowledge in **end-to-end UX development cycle & design principles such as Fiori.**:

- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in debugging and root cause analysis and the ability to propose/implement suitable resolutions for such issues as bug fixes and performance tuning, etc.
