**Your Mission**

As our **Business Development Manager**, your core mission is to drive growth through high-impact community engagement, lead generation, strategic partnerships, and referral development. You will own the full lifecycle of relationship-building—from identifying high-potential organizations and decision-makers to converting those leads into long-term clients. You will be the face of Edion in the field and the force behind our next level of market expansion.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management, business process optimization, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and well-versed in industry-standard methodologies (e.g., ZOHO, SALESFORCE, or SIX SIGMA).
- Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative, results-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Outreach**
- Uncover and pursue new growth opportunities across healthcare and childcare markets through proactive outreach, networking, and lead development.
- Represent Edion Staffing Agency at industry events, local community engagements, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility and reputation.
- Establish strong, sustainable relationships with hospitals, care homes, child care centers, government organizations, and relevant associations.
- Serve as a regional ambassador of Edion, fostering community trust and representing our brand values throughout the service area.

**Community Engagement & Referral Development**
- Build and maintain a diverse and active referral network of healthcare professionals, educational leaders, and community stakeholders.
- Align with the marketing team to boost campaign effectiveness and ensure consistent messaging across community-facing initiatives.
- Partner with care coordination teams to help convert community interest into active client engagements and service contracts.

**Client Relationship Support**
- Guide prospective clients and families through the inquiry and onboarding process, providing clear information and personalized support.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-acquisition.
- Track engagement metrics, satisfaction levels, and pipeline conversion rates to optimize retention and client satisfaction.

**Data & Reporting**
- Maintain meticulous records of all outreach, follow-up actions, and relationship statuses using CRM tools.
- Provide ongoing insights and performance reports to senior leadership to inform strategic planning.
- Monitor development pipelines and contribute recommendations for future growth areas based on data and trends.
