**Job Summary**

**Duties**

Supervise and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance productivity.

Assist in budgeting and financial management to ensure store profitability.

Manage sales operations, including setting sales goals and monitoring performance metrics.

Provide exceptional retail sales support by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.

Maintain phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Oversee cashiering functions, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.

Organize store displays and inventory management to optimize product visibility and accessibility.

Collaborate with management on promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

**Experience**

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred.

Strong skills in budgeting, sales management, and organizational tasks.

Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient transaction processing.

A background in retail sales will be advantageous for understanding customer needs and driving performance.
