Bittele Electronics is a new, well-established and growing international company. We take pride in being one of the leading electronics manufacturers in Ontario, Canada. We serve customers worldwide but mainly in USA and Canada. With a production facility in China and sales office in Toronto since 2008, we are securing a strong brand and reputation in low volume Turn-key PCB assembly in the EMS industry.

Currently, in order to fulfil the rapidly increase product demands, a new production facility has been setup in Markham, ON. The QC Inspector we are looking for needs to perform quality control inspection in SMT production line and through hole components soldering.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Perform visual and functional inspection of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of the production process, including incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and non-conformities, providing detailed reports to the Quality Assurance team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct first article inspections (FAIs) and ensure that new products meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspection results, test data, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the development and improvement of inspection processes and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality protocols on the production floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing quality control processes.
- Assist to setup & operate AOI machine for daily manufacturing.
- Assist to perform X-Ray Inspection
- Participate in the 5S housekeeping principles.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- PCBA quality control experience is an asset
- Must have dexterity to assemble and align small components
- Knowledge of IPC standards is a plus
- Good eye-hand coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
