**Job description**:
Responsibilities include:

- Maintain department databases for various report requirements on projects, activities; spend data for northern business, donations, employment, etc.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure that current reporting requirements are met and other program activities are recorded to provide input into Orano’s reporting requirements (i.e. Annual Reports, internal and external CSR Reports, Socio-economic Report, etc.)
- Assist with the entry of data into SIIMS and accurately pull reporting data from this system to generate department required reports
- Assist with writing and/or coordinating department reports including maintaining statistics and submitting these reports within the timeframes indicated by various levels of government
- In coordination with the Northern Affairs Manager, administer the Northern Scholarship program and other scholarship programs as required
- Working with the Indigenous and Community Engagement Coordinator and local company liaisons, carry out other functions that support regulatory and community relations and the strategic direction of CSR as assigned
- Assist with development of internal and external communications materials, including newsletters and electronic communications, publications, and web content
- Maintain the CSR department paper and electronic records
- Embrace and support Operational Excellence efforts and OE Culture
- Comply with all Orano health, safety and environmental policies, practices and procedures
- Promote and adhere to Orano Canada’s values: Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Respect and People Development, Cohesion and Team Spirit, and Exemplarity, Integrity, Responsibility

Work Location & Schedule:

- Saskatoon Office
- Occasional travel to Northern communities and Orano sites as required

Drug (including marijuana) and alcohol substance testing is a requirement for all Safety Sensitive positions. Applicants who have recently used marijuana recreationally may not pass a substance test as marijuana can remain in the user’s system for as many as 30 days after use.

**Ideal qualifications**:
Skills and Qualifications for the position include:

- Bachelor of Commerce or Business Management or post-secondary education related to Education, Legal, Environment, Engineering, Political Studies, Public Relations or other related disciplines and/or combination of relevant work experience
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel
- SAP experience is an asset
- Effective project management skills including: strong planning and organization skills, ability to coordinate multiple inputs, schedule milestones, understand the review process, and respect deadlines
- Show a passion for Indigenous and community engagement
- Experience working with Saskatchewan’s Indigenous People and knowledge of First Nation and Metis issues in SK is an asset
- Proven verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required for the creation of effective relationships considering the diversity and the geography and culture of northern Saskatchewan and that of all stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders on a diverse group of projects
- Demonstrated research and data analysis skills
- Open to learning and takes initiative
- Honest and ethical with the ability to work with confidential information
- Adapts and supports change positively and takes initiative
