This position is responsible for the planning and execution of a set portfolio of programs. The incumbent is also responsible for sourcing new vendors and managing existing vendor relationships with a focus on costs and quality of services.

**More about the role**:

- Create and track program budgets, costing and invoicing
- Communicate accurate details between internal and external partners.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve when complications arise, prior to and during programs.
- Foster positive relationships with group leaders, presenters and venues.
- Coordinate and monitor program timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

**You will need**:

- To be an organized professional with at least 2 years administrative or relevant experience
- University education and/or related experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Pro-active, motivated individual who is results-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment, highly competent in Microsoft 365
- Analytical skills and superior attention to detail essential
- Excellent verbal/written communications, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Strong system skills; comfortable in a complex database environment
- Training will be on the job, on site
- Must reside within 100 Km of Kingston
