Windsor Junction, Canada Ashburn Golf Club Full time

This is a seasonal line cook position with Ashburn Golf Club in Windsor Junction (near Fall River) and runs until October 31, 2025. Preference will be given to those with previous line cook experience who can commit for the remainder of the golf season. These positions are not suitable for no or low experience applicants. Compensation will be based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Monitor food quality and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices.
- Assist in meal preparation for special events and catering services.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
