As a Line Cook at Ember's Grille House, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our dishes while contributing to a dynamic kitchen environment.

- Prepare and cook dishes according to Ember's Grille House's recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistent taste.
- Assist in menu planning and updates to reflect seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and the unique fusion style of our cuisine.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service hours, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support the Head Chef in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes or menu enhancements that align with Ember's Grille House's culinary vision.

- Experience in the food industry with a focus on meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with various cooking techniques.
