Elderwood Staffing Inc is one of Mississauga's fastest growing staffing agencies and we are looking to add to our growing team. We are looking for either a recent post-secondary graduate or an individual with previous sales experience to join our team. The perfect individual for us is one who is selfless in nature, capable of fulfilling the requirements of local business owners to help grow their organizations.

This is a role that will be transitioned to a salaried position if quotas are met over the first 6 months of employment.

**Your Role As A Sales Rep**:

- Create new relationships with local small business owners
- Be a problem solver for local small businesses and managers to solve labour shortages
- Create reports and update relationships
- Visit expos with clients, attend networking events
- And more

**The perfect Sales Representative would have**:

- We are looking for an individual that is selfless in nature, and strongly believes in helping others solve their problems.
- In this role, we are looking for an individual with a winning attitude that believes in constant growth, wants to constantly learn, is open to instruction from management, and is motivated to create new relationships and network with clientele.
- In this role, a strong speaking voice is required, allowing for great face-to-face communication with clients, managers, and stakeholders.
- In this role, we are looking for an individual who is organized and punctual, capable of keeping track of key ideas, key dates and more

- Must have their own vehicle
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required

**Hours Per Week**:

- Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 4pm
- Friday: 10 - 4pm

**Compensation Package**:

- Wage: $17 - $19.5/hr
- Commissions: Can Bring Hourly Compensation Up to $25/hr

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 34 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
