- Create detailed indexing of records identified for transfer to the City of Calgary Archives.
- Assist with the preparation of disposition packages for this collection of records.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Archives, Museum, Records Management or Library Services.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
- Proficiency in Open Text Content Server is desired.
- Success in the position requires a basic understanding of records management and archival principals.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
- Must meet Young Canada Works eligibility requirements. Young Canada Works at Building Careers in Heritage.
