This position manages the supply planning process for specific product categories. As the Supply Planner, you will be involved in the planning and purchasing activities to ensure an optimal balance between customer service and inventory level.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure supply plan is optimized based on planning parameters (e.g., target safety stock, MOQ, product classification, lead-time)
- Review updated forecast and inventory status to decide on immediate and long-term order requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with factories to ensure adequate capacity and materials to meet long term demand
- Generate Purchase Order and follow up with factories for proper confirmation. Ensure correct pricings are used by working closely with Sourcing department
- Follow up with factories to ensure all details of Purchase orders are updated and correct in system
- Ensure that inventory is balanced between existing warehouses and consolidation centers
- Collaborate with Logistics team to ensure all orders are shipped at required dates
- Review and validate commercial invoices from suppliers for payment
- Provide updates to internal teams on updated shipment schedule and stock availability
- Routinely review and monitor supply status to identify supply issues and work with the internal and external parties to solve immediately
- Pre-packed parts planning and KPI updates
- Participate in the management of suppliers and escalate any major issue to management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply or Demand Planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Verbal and written proficiency in Mandarin also considered an asset.
- Strong data analytics skills and attention to details
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP system is a plus
- Ownership mindset with a strong commitment to deliver outstanding results and drive meaningful changes to the business
