The Blueprint
The Total Rewards and HR Technology Analyst plays a key role in administering and analyzing our Total Rewards and HR Technology programs. They’ll ensure these programs are cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with Tridel’s Total Rewards and HR Technology strategy.
**Note**: This role follows a hybrid work model.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
- Support the administration, data analytics, and documentation of total rewards programs, including auditing and improvement efforts.
- Gather and analyze total rewards data, perform cost modeling, and create comprehensive reports.
- Assist in the annual compensation cycle, including system configuration, market research, and merit increase data management.
- Conduct job evaluations and assist in the creation of new job descriptions in collaboration with People & Culture.
- Participate in total rewards surveys, analyze results, and present data on market trends and competitiveness.
- Manage communication around total rewards programs, collaborating with Payroll, People & Culture, and other internal teams.
- Support the director with strategic initiatives, vendor management, and creating reports for stakeholders.
The Architect of Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Technology and/or HR analysis
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to customer service through relationship building and meeting expectation
- High level of analytical ability
- Professional designation (CCP, CEBS, or equivalent in progress or completed) is an asset
- Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) with experience in modeling large and complex HR/Financial data sets
- Solid financial acumen, including a basic understanding of financial terms and concepts
- Ability to analyze large data sets, assess problems, and provide recommendations within deadlines
- Commitment to data integrity and continuous learning
- Project management experience
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and autonomy
- HRIS, specifically Dayforce knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
