**About Green Unlimited Lawn Care**:
Green Unlimited Lawn Care is a locally owned and operated lawn care service provider specializing in quality lawn care and pest control. We are passionate about creating healthy, vibrant lawns and providing exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a manager in training for our field technicians.

**Position Overview**

You will learn to oversee the daily operations of our lawn care technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a leadership role, where you will supervise the technician team, coordinate tasks, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of all field activities.

In this role, you will:

- Perform production work as required to keep the team on pace and maintain service delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the sales department to ensure skills and messaging are consistent across the company, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
- Promote and drive sales of additional services to existing clients as needed.

**Key Responsibilities to learn**:

- Supervise and lead the technician team, ensuring all lawn care and pest control services are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform hands-on production work to maintain team efficiency and service quality as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align on skills, messaging, and client communication strategies.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of lawn care services to meet company standards.
- Provide training and development for lawn care technicians to enhance performance and safety.
- Manage inventory and ensure all field equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Actively promote additional services to existing clients, such as seasonal treatments, fertilization programs, pest control, and other offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, service requests, and upsell opportunities.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or field management is preferred.
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales experience or the ability to identify and promote additional services to clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is an asset.
- Ability to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- **Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.**:

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
