We are currently seeking a dynamic technical Training & Documentation Manager to join our team and further enhance our market presence.

**What will you be doing?**

The Training and Documentation Manager plays a critical role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our customers, training teams and employees while ensuring that essential documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in training and a keen eye for detail to manage the creation, maintenance, and distribution of vital training materials and documentation for our products.
- Develop, implement, and oversee product-specific training programs and materials for customers.
- Identify training needs, assess gaps, and create comprehensive training plans to address these needs.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update product-related documentation, including manuals, technical specifications, safety procedures, and compliance documents.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with industry standards, and internal best practices.
- Maintain a robust document control system to manage versioning, access control, and distribution of critical documents.
- Training Material Development and Maintenance.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive content to support training programs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and documentation through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Continuously improve training materials and programs based on feedback and evolving industry trends.
- Lead a team of documentation specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

**What do we need from you?**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Education, Technical Communication), Military Experience, or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a training, technical writing and documentation creation role,
- Experienced in the creation and maintenance of training materials such as slide presentations and instructor guides.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate with and present ideas and concepts to end users of technical products in a simple and clear way.
- Proficiency in training development and document management systems.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2000 and/or AS9100, would be a an asset
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
