- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans following health and safety standards.
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently to ensure timely cleaning of kitchenware.
- Help organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
- Support cooks and other kitchen staff by providing necessary tools and equipment during food service.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service within the hospitality industry.
