**Irrigation Service Technician Apprentices**

**Pay**:Starting At $29.51/hr, plus EHC benefits and bonus

**Requirements**:

- 1 year to less than 2 years experience is required.
- The ability to use a smartphone is a must: we use robust CRM/Field Management software to keep us organized.
- Performing irrigation/landscaping duties as directed by management.
- Learning to operate a wide variety of mechanical equipment and specialized hand tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work. Fair warning, the amount of shoveling we do is astounding - but at least it’s not complicated
- Work in a team environment focused on elevating the Irrigation Industry through quality service and comprehensive knowledge.
- Environmental consciousness, especially with regards to water conservation and fuel economy. Our work has the potential to be very wasteful when done carelessly, and we need everyone on our team to respect the precious resources we require.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance. This means everything from wearing a clean uniform every day to having a clean service vehicle (inside and out)
- Driving company vehicles safely and professionally. A reasonably clean driver’s abstract is required.
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must have your transportation

Naiad Irrigation Systems Ltd. is a locally owned and operated landscaping business specializing in underground sprinkler systems. **What else to expect**:

- We are busiest in the spring and fall, but we stay busy throughout the summer. Typical summer hours are 40-48 per week, Monday to Friday. In the Spring and Fall, we’ll have to work a few Saturdays as well. We are a seasonal business and try to ensure we have every long weekend off, but this is sometimes not possible. We do slow down somewhat in August, so if you do want to enjoy some time off in the summer, that’s usually the best time for it.
