- Support families through the appeals process in case of request denials.
- Prioritize and escalate urgent requests in line with Jordan’s Principle protocols.

**2. Collaborative Case Management**
- Participate actively in the child’s circle of care and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Liaise with service providers (healthcare, education, social services) to clarify recommendations and gather supporting documentation.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up with families to ensure services are received and effective.

**3. Cultural and Holistic Service Approach**
- Ensure culturally appropriate services by working with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Indigenous service providers.
- Support services that address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness of children, including Two-Spirit and LGBTQ2i youth.
- Advocate for culturally safe practices within mainstream service environments.

**4. Record Keeping, Data & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Tillicum Lelum policies and privacy legislation.
- Collect and report service data following OCAP® principles (Ownership, Control, Access, Possession).
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for ISC BC Region and support Tillicum Lelum’s program evaluation efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Indigenous Studies, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Indigenous children, youth, and families, preferably in an urban Indigenous setting.
- Experience in client advocacy, care coordination, or community health navigation.
