triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., is actively seeking a **Massage Therapy Clinical Supervisor **to join our team at the **Brampton Campus**.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Clinic Supervisor provides instruction, guidance and mentoring to students as they move from the textbook to the **hands-on practical clinic setting**. In addition, the Clinic Supervisor manages the daily operations of the massage therapy clinic.

The Clinic Supervisor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise students on treatment safety pre-treatment to ensure safe treatment of all clients.
- Clinical rounds - checking in on every student when possible, asking questions pertaining to client’s assessment, treatment plan & long-term care.
- Provide consultation to students while they are performing massages as required and/or upon request.
- Compile clinic & outreach hours for clinical hours sign off sheet and submit to Campus Director.
- Maintain communication with other clinic supervisors about each shift. Provide updates, student information, supplies needed, unexcused absences, client relations, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered as a Massage Therapist in Good Standing with the provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)).
- Massage Therapy Diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of practical work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
- Adult education and teaching experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of the Internet.

**Hours of Work**:
This position is a part-time opportunity, **Thursdays 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm**.

**Location**:
This position will be based out of the** Brampton Campus**.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate**.
