Kids Fitness Coach

Groovy Gym Bus Toronto is a school bus converted into a safe and fun gym environment for children ages 2-10 years We are an energetic and challenging children’s fitness company that promotes physical activities and a healthy lifestyle in kids.

We are looking for a head coach to lead our business to success with day cares, afterschool cares, weekend events and fund raisers. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow with an innovative organization that has lots of growth potential.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **We have following shifts available**_
- _**morning shift (9AM - 12PM)**_
- _**afternoon shifts (1:30PM - 4:30PM)**_
- _**weekend shifts if you prefer. This shift pays 1.5x**_
- Plan, supervise and execute a successful fitness program with kids
- Interact with parents to address any questions or concerns about their child’s progress
- Facilitate the safe movement of children to and from the bus
- Advocate the service with potential clients like day cares, after school cares and parents

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children between ages 2 and 10
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - especially great working with kids
- Motivated, energetic, friendly, responsible and can follow instructions
- Flexible schedule and availability
- Background in gymnastics and experience working with kids is a plus

**Training**:
No experience in coaching necessary. We provide excellent paid training from the best coaches. They will teach everything from basic fundamentals, skill development and provide you with overall knowledge to help you succeed and grow.

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
