**Position**: ERP Project Manager **Status**: Full Time - 2 Year Contract **Closing Date**:January 17, 2025 **Pay Range**:$89,469.00 to $108,711.00 annually **Training and Development**:Paid training opportunities. **Work hours**: This position offers a schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30AM to 4:30PM. **Hybrid Work Opportunity**:Yes **Location**:Based out of the Wilmot Recreation Complex. **General Purpose**: In support of the Township’s transition to a new ERP software, the ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the overall project, including assessing current state, identifying immediate needs, current and future state process documentation, assessing corporate readiness, procuring services of vendor that will manage implementation of the new system, coordinating resources across the organization as well as external resources. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this role will co-ordinate the transfer of process to the new system and the set up of new structures to support the Township’s modernized financial system. **Responsibilities**: - Lead the transition to a new ERP system. - Liaison between Township staff and ERP Implementation Vendor staff on project. - Document current processes and develop future state processes. - Identify historical data to be transferred to new system. - Oversee cleaning of data and transition to new system. - Manage archiving of data not being transitioned. - Ensure ERP Implementation Vendor completes all stages of testing to ensure the functionality of the new system meets agreed to specifications. - Monitor project budget and timelines to ensure initiative is proceeding on time and on schedule. - Lead development of training to departments on future state processes and new ERP. - Communicate across the Township all aspects of the project. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Post-secondary degree in Project Management or related field. - Three years of previous experience in a related field. - Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies. - Strong knowledge of project management practices. - Meticulous with numbers. - High level of integrity and excellent work ethic. - Highly developed understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices. - Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills. - Strong formal and informal leadership skills. - Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills. - Recognized Project Management accreditation. - Minimum Class "G" driver’s licence required; Driver’s Abstract in good standing required to operate Corporation vehicles. - A clean Criminal Record Check is required upon hire. **Working Conditions**: - While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The incumbent is also regularly required to walk and occasionally to stand for short periods of time. - While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to operate a computer and to read for long periods of time. The incumbent regularly communicates with others by telephone, webinars, and in-person for short periods of time. - While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent must use significant concentration in order to ensure proper asset management is maintained. Attention to detail is very important in order to ensure no mistakes are made in asset valuation and recording. - The incumbent will work in typical office conditions.
