Our ECCO Supply division is a full-service wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies and equipment. With sales branches located in centers throughout Western and Central Canada, we are expanding our team with individuals eager improve customer experience and drive significant market growth.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Become a valued member of our team by taking on the role of an Inside Sales Representative in our dynamic and expanding company As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Branch Manager, Outside Sales Team, and Warehouse staff to enhance customer relationships, attract new clients, and surpass sales goals, all while placing customer satisfaction at the forefront. Your duties will include executing tasks in a prompt, well-organized, and diligent manner, maintaining a commitment to integrity and professionalism throughout.
- Handle follow up telephone sales calls professionally, courteously, and as efficiently as possible
- Secure written purchase orders from customers to be processed by the Project & Admin teams
- Record all findings in the CRM and supporting tools to properly track and report sales activity
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technology, Construction Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years in the HVAC industry, demonstrating sales acumen with sales experience
- Must be willing to attend educational courses to supplement their existing professional experience for a period of time deemed suitable by management
- Excellent communication skills; high energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently with a solution-oriented mindset
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
