**Why this role is significant**

As a Dishwasher, your primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen items, including dishes, glassware, plates, serving dishes, utensils, and equipment. You are also responsible for maintaining the dishwashing area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and safe. Your effort sets the stage for the dining experience each guest enjoys, emphasizing the significance of your place on the team.

**A day in the life**
- Complete all specified opening setup, closing shutdown, and side duties in a timely and thorough manner to ensure smooth operations.
- Properly sanitizing dishes, whether using a dishwasher or handwashing, to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Regularly washing work tables, cupboards, and appliances to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and a professional appearance in the kitchen.
- Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Remove trash, clear kitchen garbage containers, and properly handle recycling and compost materials to maintain cleanliness.
- Ensuring equipment, dishes, and utensils are placed in their designated storage areas to maintain order and ease of access.

- You have open availability including weekends.
- Access to reliable transportation to Brentwood Bay.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time.
- No previous experience is required (we will train you and set you up for success)
