**Duties**
- Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Fabricate parts as needed using hand tools and power tools.
- Operate forklifts to transport materials within the shop safely.
- Sanding and grinding of components prior to assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
- Assist in moving finished products to the quality control area for testing.
- Identify product defects or issues in assembly processes and report them to the lead hand or supervisors.
- Support other assemblers, lead hands, or supervisors as needed.
- Rework assembled components and products based on engineering
- specified modifications.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in assembly or fabrication is required.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, diagrams, BOM’s, product specifications, and understand tolerances to determine assembly operations.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, squares and measuring devices.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is a must, enabling effective troubleshooting of assembly issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
