**Duties**
- Greet patients as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
- Manage patient records using dental software Logitech.
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Assist dental staff with administrative tasks as needed, including coordinating patient flow and managing treatment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology and confidentiality standards in all patient interactions.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in dental software system such as Logitech is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology related to dental care is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Experience in a dental receptionist role or similar administrative position is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
