Job description

We are looking for motivated individuals to work as tearista at our Mississauga bubble tea location. Responsibilities include drinks preparations, brand introduction, make recommendations based on customer's preferences and taking orders.

Successful applicants must have good customer service skills, good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a high-paced environment. Preference will be given to individuals with tearista experience and willing to work various shifts, day/night, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilitie
- Greet customers
- Brand introduction/ awareness
- Taking orders, understanding customer preferences
- Able to follow drinks recipe correctly
- Serve beverages and prepared food (ie waffles and ice cream)
- Good knowledge of POS system (can process various forms of payments ie. cash or debit/credit)
- Tidying work environment during and after work hours
- Comply with health and safety regulations of the store.

**Skills**:

- Flexible work hours, available to work day/night including weekends and holidays
- Strong arithmetic skills
- Can perform well in high pace environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Expected start date: ASAP
